Knit + Living is an online store founded by Kimmie Andersen, a knitting enthusiast from Denmark, living and working in West Sussex, UK. The store stocks a thoughtfully curated selection of yarns, tools, patterns, and lifestyle products, each chosen with the modern maker in mind. With a focus on mid‑to high‑end price points, the collection celebrates natural fibres, timeless design, and sustainable practices. This commitment appeals to knitters who value craftsmanship, luxury and the Scandinavian aesthetic.
I worked with Knit + Living’s founder, Kimmie to create an identity that is grounded in simplicity. The aesthetic is calm, refined, and intentional, reflecting the values of craftsmanship, quality and sustainable living.
Natural textures, muted tones, and minimal design form the foundation of the brand’s look and feel. Typography is clean and understated, while the colour palette evokes a sense of calm and timelessness with an accent neon green adding a contemporary edge that transcends trends.
Every visual element supports the brand’s mission: to be a trusted, inspiring space for knitters who seek thoughtful designs, curated products and expert guidance.
